AIRPLANE 1980 - POLISH 1984 RELEASE ONE SHEET FILM POSTER 37.5 x 26.5 LINEN BACKED
Airplane is a 1980 film written and directed by Jim Abrahams and brothers David and Jerry Zucker. A wonderfully funny comedy, it spoofs the disaster genre and in this case most notably the ‘Airport’ series of films. Starring Robert Hays and Julie Hagerty and supported by Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Lorna Patterson and Peter Graves. Also starring and stealing the film right from under all of them was the incomparable Leslie Nielsen! Packed with every type of humour from Surreal to slapstick, with running jokes both verbal and visual, Airplane is gone down in cinema history as one of the best comedy film ever made.
